Meet Tracie Phillips
Tracie’s journey in law began over two decades ago in Florida, where she has been licensed to practice law. Her focus has predominantly been in family law, driven by her personal experiences navigating family court.
During her time in law school, Tracie’s passion for aiding those in family law crises ignited as she worked with domestic violence victims through a legal internship. This hands-on experience shaped her commitment to the field.
Tracie’s career trajectory led her through various roles, including serving as an attorney for the state attorney’s office and later establishing her own practice in Lake City, FL. Amidst her legal endeavors, she found solace in the company of horses, often spending time in rodeo arenas with her beloved mount, Sammie.
After a relocation to Panama City, FL, and overcoming a significant health setback, Tracie re-entered the legal sphere in 2022, specializing once again in family law. Her dedication and experience were recognized as she served as both an associate and managing attorney at the Virga Law Firm before finding her new home at West Family Law Group in February 2024.
Meet Lori Leal
We are equally excited to welcome Lori Leal to our team. Born and raised in Kentucky, Lori has been a dedicated family law paralegal for over 23 years, working in various states across the country. Her journey brought her to Florida in 2015, following her husband’s service in the Army.
With a family of five wonderful children, Lori embodies the core values of family law, offering a helping hand and supporting families through their most challenging times. Lori takes great pride in her work, advocating for her clients with a combination of experience, knowledge, and empathy.
