He is board certified in Marital and Family Law, which requires evaluation of competency and experience by the Florida Bar and recognizes an attorney’s special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the law as well as professionalism and ethics in practice. Richard understands how to handle complex, high-profile cases and how to shield clients from overly-invasive discovery practices. While skilled in sophisticated discovery and litigation tactics, he also pioneered the use of collaborative practices in family law.
