Although she has worked for one of the largest law firms in Orlando, she prefers to work in a smaller firm where her experience is more useful to the clients and her team. She has been working with Richard West since 2010. She has one son and two biological grandchildren and two step-grandchildren, who she enjoys spending time with. Her family still resides in the Central Florida area.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Lori has been a dedicated family law paralegal for over 23 years, working in various states across the country. Her journey brought her to Florida in 2015, following her husband's service in the Army.
With a family of five wonderful children, Lori embodies the core values of family law, offering a helping hand and supporting families through their most challenging times. Lori takes great pride in her work, advocating for her clients with a combination of experience, knowledge, and empathy.

Moutie is a veteran of the legal field who enjoys working behind the scenes to enable attorneys and other team members to produce the most efficient results for clients. As the manager of mail and discovery production records, Moutie works with clients and the courts to organize, save, and submit records. With her extensive experience in law office administration, Moutie is able to help other team members complete a wide array of tasks, including court filings and taking phone calls from clients and professionals.
A graduate of Jones College in Miami, Moutie worked with a variety of prominent family law firms in Miami and Orlando before joining the team at West Family Law Group. In the smaller boutique practice, she appreciates the attorneys’ compassionate approach and dedication to client service. When not working, Moutie relishes her time with her family, including caring for aging parents and spending time with her two l0vely daughters.

Ashlee Joiner is the welcoming voice at West Family Law Group in Orlando, FL. As the firm’s receptionist, Ashlee is the first point of contact for both current and prospective clients. Her role extends far beyond answering phones; she is committed to providing a warm, understanding, and comforting experience for everyone who contacts the office.

KIMBERLY D. STONE
Client Concierge/Administrative Assistant
Since joining West Family Law Group in October 2021, Kimberly Stone has become an indispensable part of the team. Originally from Indiana and a Florida resident since 2000, Kimberly moved back to Orlando to be closer to her family, bringing her warmth and dedication to the firm.
Kimberly’s connection to West Family Law Group was sparked through her long-standing association with the Central Florida Women’s League, where she served on the board for twelve years. Her extensive experience in philanthropic organizations, including significant work with the Cancer Support Center, highlights her passion for community service—a trait that significantly benefits her role at the firm.
As the Client Concierge, Kimberly is the cornerstone of daily operations at West Family Law Group. She supports every staff member by managing the office, answering phones, and assisting teams and attorneys. Known as the “Jill of All Trades,” her ability to handle various tasks effortlessly makes her a pivotal figure within the firm.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys sports such as tennis, golf, and pickleball. She also loves cooking and pet sitting, which complement her nurturing personality.
