The team at West Family Law Group is pleased to announce that we now have the distinction of being one of the few family law firms in the state with three board-certified attorneys. Recently, Adam R. Sackrin has joined the esteemed ranks of certified specialists, earning board certification in Marital and Family Law from The Florida Bar.
Only a small number of attorneys make it through the rigorous evaluation process and six-hour written exam to become certified in any area of law by The Florida Bar. In fact only 7% of all lawyers practicing in the state are able to achieve this distinction, and less than 1% of lawyers in the state of Florida are board-certified as specialists in family law.
Effective June 1, Adam R. Sackrin officially received board certification in Marital and Family Law from The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. In earning this distinction, Adam joins West Family Law Group’s Board-Certified Specialists, Richard West and Susan W. Savard, to form a legal team that offers a depth of knowledge and experience unique to family law practices in central Florida. The Florida Bar describes board-certified lawyers as dedicated to a “heightened level of excellence through character, professionalism, ethics, and credibility in the practice of law.” We think that sums up West Family Law Group quite succinctly.
